Long term drought, but most rain in October in years over here.

also in Northern CA. now the forecast is no significant rain until 2017. horrible.

the state depends on dams.

they will be shortchanging farmers AND the fish/rivers.

I am going to sell before the fire season.

Imagine, we have a "fire season".

on top of that we had a mad man starting fires last summer. his days are surely numbered. a mob tried to take him from the sheriff already.

my wife finishes grad school in late spring.

we sell and move to Hawaii.
