They stopped travel within their own country while allowing that same province to travel internationally. That is the definition of intentional.

I did dipshit, I told you travel restrictions dont matter unless they're 100% and cited multiple studies. Regardless, you are misrepresenting what occurred for your own sycophantic narrative. NOBODY stopped all international travel until after it was everywhere! My only narrative is the facts based on evidence, you need to loosen up the tinfoil hat on that wasted space between your ears.
