I live in NOLA so I kind of doubt it, but if it's on my property unleashed with no tags/collar and seems a threat, going down. If it's just moving on, I don't kill animals helter skelter. Even snakes.

If a pit bull gnawed on your legs, would you feel it?

I interacted with some pit bulls several months ago. They were actually very likable dogs. One of them took to me and ended up staying next to me and following me where ever I went. They are just not dogs you can allow to freely roam.
Something sets off a small dog at worst it will bit your ankle and you can kick the shite out of it.. Pit bulls are just nothing but muscle and their jaws lock on whatever they bite and when they turn their heads fast they can do damage because of their strong jaws and body.
And if you see one roaming around I think it is safe to assume their owner isn't responsible.

Could You Fight Off A Pit Bull With Only Arms?

None in our unincorporated area. One neighbor just brought home a 6 month old 75 pounder. Damn, he is thick and will top 100 pounds easily. His head and shoulders are humongous. It licked my hand or rather tasted it. I’m watching out since he already knows my hand is yummy.

Banned in Denver, city council tried to pass it, mayor vetoed. A day later the governor posted a pic online of him and a bulldog puppy on a couch in the governor’s mansion lol.

Aren't pit bulls required in Livingston Parish DR Horton neighborhoods?

Ugly, scraggly dog. Congrats

Looks just like mine, but her main color is grey instead of black. Wish more people would give them a chance, she's a damn sweetheart.
