They suck.
Mainly black females I see doing this when I’m out and about.
I was in the Race Track at 73@I-10 a few weeks ago. The girl is ringing me up and I hear her say "You know what? frick him. He did me like that so frick him and frick her if she gone talk to him."
I was standing there like WTF is going on here? Then i heard another female voice.
The Cashier was talking to a chick via Facetime. She had the phone propped up next to the register.
Nevermind the language she was using to boot.

Old white lady verbalizing literally every thought she has in a social setting.
“There’s Dave.” (Thanks for letting us know that the person we’re all looking directly at is here, Janet)
“Men.” (That’s right, Janet. You should use the other bathroom.)
“(Looking at iPhone) AT&T Free Msg: AT&T Mobile Security & Call Protect is now activated. Set up your preferences in the apps to prevent scammers, identity theft, and more. Download both apps now or opt out: att.com/securitycallprotect.
Lanny, what do i tell ‘em?”
“Time to start.” (At a funeral)
We all have a few of these. I find them way worse. Anytime I encounter phone talkers, my ear buds are in, or I’m having a conversation with someone next to me. Janet can pop up anywhere .

Y’all making me feel bad.
I used compressed air to blow out the ports on my phone (140psi) and blew out my mic. I have to use my AirPods to answer calls. At first I was holding my phone to my other ear so I didn’t look like one of “those” people. I guess I’ll go back to that.
If you call my office phone, you are definitely on speakerphone and probably being recorded.

Yes. They are all terrible, terrible people who should never be allowed to own a cell phone, or car, or be allowed to go out on public, or breed, or have friends, or.....well, anything. They are the worst.

I had a guy doing this during an entire movie once.
Why in the world would you have stayed the whole movie to know this? You didn't make him stop (and I'm not saying you could have without throwing hands and that isn't worth it), so why stay and endure it?

That is terrible but one thing that I've encountered that annoyed me even more:. I was sitting in the waiting room of BR Clinic lab waiting for some blood work and dude strolls in, sits in front of me and plays candy crush at a loud arse volume for like 30m. Wtf

He was far enough away where I couldn't really hear him until breaks in the action. The screen was annoying and possibly face-timing
.

Grabbing some Chinese the other day (yes a fatty) and this girl with her Walmart uniform walks in with what sounds like a group chat going on speaker. She stood there and questioned the lady about the menu all while this crap is blaring from her phone. Then she tells the conference call she is walking to Popeyes. Thank God.

The problem your looking for is simply a lack of respect. Just Excuse yourself and go outside. This isn’t difficult, unless of course you want to be the center of attention.
I get the impression it’s usually just to be the center of attention.
