Iran, Syria, North Korea, ISIS, etc.? Having a president that isn't concerned with the political correctness that had become customary during the past 8 years, surely they have to be uneasy at the least.

I have spoken to each of our enemies, and they are, indeed, worried today.

Well Iran and Syria both have relationships with our new leaders in Moscow so they're probably okay.

Our allies on the other hand have to be more than a bit concerned what with Becheeto acting like NATO is a cheap mob racket.

A president directly referring to energy production in an inaugural address is a pretty big deal.

He's already talking about opening up Federal lands for drilling, etc.

Because at least with Trump we live to fight another day in the oil field. Hillary would have made things even worse.

That will be great!!

Who's going to drill for it at these prices?

Unless he has some idea on how to make China start taking more oil. Is he going to do that by removing jobs from over their?

Why would they be worried now? Obama was winning Nobel Peace Prizes one day and then turning around and bombing someone the next day.

Good deal as long as we put equal funding towards other energy sources to prepare for the inevitable elimination of oil as a natural resource

Obama was doing the absolute minimum, just to appease those calling for more effort against ISIS. He could've wiped them out at any time.

Agreed. Meanwhile, we should be increasing our oil reserves. If anyone is gonna run the planet dry of petroleum, it should be us.

I don't think that works how you think it does. Unless you mean build large vessels and just hold the stuff.

Onshore? Definitely. Offshore? Probably not so much.
