Are frogs territorial?

For the last month a frog comes to the door of the entrance of my apartment and sits there. Every single night... What is this?

Got a couple of different possibilities.

1. Frog is a former Hindi practioner who fricked up very bad. He was a bad man in his former life. He's capable of anything. Be careful
2. Your house is on an Indian burial ground and this frog is trying to warn you. Be careful.
3. Frog is judgemental of you. Be careful.

Something in that area attracts bugs and he's there for dinner time.

I walk my dog every night and there is the same toad in the same spot every night under the street light. We give each other a nod when I pass.

We have a toad that sits on our back patio under the light every night. Even my dogs ignore it now. Its a fat toad...

Yes. They sometimes roll in gangs too. What color was the frog? This is important in determining its intentions.
