This is simple yet no one seems to care. Why isn't this waitress identifying said parties which left the note? Describe them. Call them out.

I am not going to make any assumptions.
It's possible she had a table of white folk who didn't tip or tipped very little and instead of assuming they could have just been cheap, she assumed they were racist so she decided to pull this..
If so, it seems like comparing it to her handwriting could help figure this out.
On the other hand, you never know. Some Kentucky hillbilly could have done this.
If so, that sucks.. But by no means does it mean she deserves to get more money from people because it did and it sure isn't a reason someone should start a gofundme.com page.. Because... if it did happen.. That's life. It might be upsetting, but the only money that was lost was an estimated tip value (20% of the bill or double the tax). And if that's the case, that just comes with the job.
