Why would anyone get their panties in wad over highlighting actual discussion that were had and even documented in the record?
Slavery was an issue among many in the Revolution. Hamilton had an issue over slavery....it did not interfere with the larger objective. It was more of an issue at the Constitutional Convention. Certainly the British attempted to use slavery against the colonists
But, Burns does a real good job with his style. I look forward to watching it.

I don’t think anyone would. But we also don’t need to be lectured on it and not everything has to circle back to it.
