honestly I'm not sure. It depends on what form his estate is in and the state he committed the crimes in and died in. I know that for trusts it can"t be touched. Dan Bilzerian's money came mostly from his dad's wall street crimes which were hidden in his trust. That was either in Florida or NY though Also with the OJ case he got around the civil judgement because his money came from a pension and he moved to Florida where it is illegal to garnish a pension.
