Either the suspected bomber or a murder suspect. I don't know what else they would make contact with a suspect for at this hour otherwise unless it was a pursuit.

I'm thinking this is a white guy thing...just doesn't make sense to me if its an Arab given the type of "attack" and usually they try to sacrifice themselves in the process.
