If I have a mad bomber suspect I think I set up an undercover surveillance team and nab him when he comes out. I don't want to go after him in his lair.

I am so intrigued by this story, I can't fricking understand how this is happening.

Whoever was at this address was taken into custody. It don't say who it is or what he/she did. I just looked at the APD twitter

The two theories I’ve heard are that he’s using the trails to access neighborhoods, or he’s in a position to blend in a neighborhood. The first three bombings were in poor areas, though that likely didn’t have cameras. The fourth was at the exact location of a bus stop.
I can’t even begin to imagine how creeped out the latest victims must be to know this frick was setting a bomb in their front yard.

I don’t know if this is normal for APD or not, but they’ve pulled over about 20+ cars in the half hour I’ve been listening. Seems very proactive, but that may be normal.
