I am looking for a four month lease near the kenner area for a co-op next fall. Anyone know of a nice complex that comes furnished and would do a four month lease?

Short term is whats difficult. You can rent some places cheaper for 12 mo than 4 mo. Be sure to ask for full list of 1-12 month not just for 4 month.
