I'll be moving back to BR in June and looking to find an apartment. Any recs on something fairly nice? Mid 20s, will be in school

Turn around now while there is still a chance!

Crescent at University Lake. My wife and I own a condo there for LSU football games. It's a pretty nice property.

Goodrich Apts off Burbank. 5 minute walk to campus.

I'd prefer not to die while I'm there

What are you trying to pay?
Those white ones by varsity sports are pretty nice on the inside. Perfect small one bedrooms

I honestly don't have any idea what typical things run up there now.. Looks like 7-8 for something decent. So I guess trying to stay under $900 if possible. Closer to campus would be preferable even though I'll be going to Perkins/Essen each day.

You should be able to find a good spot for that much. Just look around online and see what's for rent

I would check craigslist as well.

If you are single, the answer is downtown.

There is still a decent amount of things downtown. I'd look into moving there if I was still doing the apartment thing.
