Must I choose betwixt the two?

I mean if you really want to spend a day in Liberal you can do both, but it costs to get into each of them so I'd suggest only going to the air museum.

Not exactly a "destination" tour site, but if you go South of OKC to Fort Sill, the Field Artillery Museum is interesting and also Geronimo's grave is there... There is also a place (you'll have to ask a local) North of the base that has really good Buffalo burgers.

eta: Geronimo's grave is on the base, not right at the museum.

See what kind of escort services they have in Oklahoma City--prices, quality, availability, etc.

Okay, okay—YOU come up with something interesting to do in those shithole states.

I don't know if it's exciting, but Tulsa is one of my favorite mid size cities in the nation.

This trip isn't sounding so promising. Maybe I should hit Trinidad, CO instead.

There's a reason it's called flyover country.

I believe that Fort Knox is in Kansas, if I remember right....you can't see much of it for obvious reasons, but still pretty cool.....

ETA: Trinidad, CO used to have a world-renowned sex-change hospital....to each his own, I suppose....

Do we want to know how you are privy to this bit of knowledge?

Anything to do in Trinidad? Looks picturesque (more than I can say for KS or OK). About as far as I want to drive tomorrow. Maybe catch the volcano in Capulin, as well.

I've driven through OKC, but wish I had time to check out Bricktown. It's not that from where I live, so it's still an option

I'll be in Tulsa for a couple days next month. Any recommendations on things I should check out in the evenings?

I live just north of OKC, it's really not as bad as people make it out to be.

Edmond would be better with live crawfish. But other than that, I like it.

If you are in Kansas and can see Fort Knox, you have REALLY good vision.

Fort Knox is in Kentucky.
