He's saying there is a wreck on the spillway bridge causing traffic issues. The wreck involved his youngest son.

He’s in the Er in Kenner, we can’t go in. I’m just trying to do something to keep my mind busy while we are waiting to hear something

edit, spillway. I was thinking atchafalaya basin. of course he went to kenner from the spillway

They just called and said he is on a room now. They brought him to Kenner because this heart rate was almost at trauma level. He is bruised up and sore but looks like nothing is broken. They also said he was having trouble breathing, but they think it was due to the powder from the airbags.
