In HS Free Enterprise, we had to write a major business a letter addressing a formal matter (mid 90s). I wrote and mailed Surge a letter about my concerns over “male shrinkage.” They responded with a full letter assuring me of its safety.

They brought it back for a while. I would see it all the time at the more hood gas stations in br. Which is almost all of them.

I was in college when it came out, we did Surge and tequila when we needed some staying power for long days/nights. Headaches later though.
