Just saw Joe Rogans podcast with him. Fascinating guy but was curious if anyone actually tried his techniques.

I’m not a huge Rogan fan but I was doing some reading on the guy and saw the podcast on YouTube and watched it. Again, not about Rogan, just genuinely curious about Wim Hof

I haven't looked into it. I can say, though, that nothing feels better than taking a contrast shower (alternating hot and cold water) during the winter when I have a cold.
But if you're going to take cold showers/ice baths, remember Jim Wendler's advice

I think he mentioned something about that in this podcast, f that I heard that shite can kill you. I don’t mind trying breathing techniques and cold showers but I’m out on the cryogenic therapy.
