I'm sweating bullets now. I ordered what is supposed to be the unwrapped "santa" gift from China (I assume...from gearbest.com) on Dec 9th. I get the shipping notification today...saying it should arrive 3-10 business days. My wife has washed her hands of this and I'll have to produce another Santa gift if this thing doesn't come through. It's not as simple as just buying another one and returning the one in transit since I just don't have access to another one.

9 year old son asks for a remote control boat...

Skip to 7 minutes into the video to see it run, super cool at the 9:00 mark.

Not sure what to do. I guess buy a backup Santa gift and then hand this off to my parents to give to him when we see them around New Years. I don't see anything else having the "wow that looks dangerous as frick...cool" factor of this.

This sucks. Advice?

Is that old to be believing in Santa? Serious question.

Mine still believe but they're a little younger and not that bright. What's the usual age for not believing any more?

Yea, and that damn Elf on the Shelf (PITA to move that fricker every night}. He's an only child and I'm sure classmates have told him Santa's not real, but he sure acts like he still believes. $150 soccer ball...we say no way...Santa will bring it to me. Not.

This got me thinking so I googled it, the internet says between six and nine is typical. So there's a good chance this is your last year playing Santa, enjoy the hell out of it.

Spoiler alert:

There's no such thing as:

-Santa
-a truly fair tax plan
-love, truth or beauty
-a female orgasm
-any alternate reality where your mother isn't a whore

Now mull on that and I'll drop some more knowledge in you later

Yea, I was going to order a few more batteries but I doubt this lasts that long. There are tons of reviews where the thing gets smoke tested. I doubt my son will even be able to drive it at full throttle. I think this thing will be an artificial reef within a week.

Bruh. Never order from China. You'll probably get it next Christmas.

He is only pretending to believe in Santa so he will continue to get presents. But still, get him one of these:
