Anyone know what is being built on Goodwood at Connell Village (Tara)?

I pass it all the time and there are no signs. Just my curiousity leaking out.

Someone had mentioned a credit union but I didn’t believe it bc that is a lot of property and a decent size building by the looks of it. But if it’s the main branch, that could make more sense.

That is what I thought at first bc there used to be some signs for st lukes on that property. It was someone affiliated with the school that told me a credit union originally and I just assumed it was bad info. Apparently I was wrong.

St. Luke’s was going to expand the school beyond middle school at one time but decided not to.
It became a valuable corner so they flipped it.
