Femme Fatale starts at 11 but it’s Pouring right now and weather app has it at 80% chance until noon.

So far weather on WDSU has most of rain clearing out by 1pm and there was talk of a rain delay for an hour for sure on parades but no cancellations yet. I don’t have any of the parade tracker apps downloaded but maybe they’ll have updates on starting times?
