Anyone know anything about this LSU bobblehead?

Looked on the internet trying to find another one so I could find out some information (year made, where sold, who made it, etc). Nothing on the bottom but a small piece of wood that says something about a coating. Could not find another one like it on the web. Anyone here know anything about it besides being LSU, a tiger and a bobblehead? Thanks in advance.
