Personally I don't mind paying a little extra to not have my wife violated or my house burned down. Buy hey whatever your priorities are, I guess.

Better how? There used to be a thing called honor. We used to admire our military. We used to be respected around the world. We used to live comortable lives where one parent could stay home. Now everyone has an iphone and no one wants to socialize anymore.

We used have much more control over how much of the world's opinion of us actually reached our shores.

Lots of us still do. It's a question of priority more than ability.

Homelessness was at all time highs, AIDS was a wildfire rampaging virtually unchecked, taxes were higher, A two term president had an affair with a White House intern in the Oval office, The Cold War raged for half that time and there was constant unrest in the Middle East, teen pregnancy rates were higher, ....

Should I keep going?

Wrong. Majority of people work a job now unless they are on welfare.

please direct me to a private sector company that offers a retirement pension today? As in if you started working there today? My father in law is retiring this year with a company pension after being their for 35 years.

How does this statement:

quote:

Contradict this statement:

quote:

Lots of us still do.

In any way?
