You can do much better for $7k. The sidecar is a gimmick IMO. If going new, I'd look at the Honda Forza at $5600. Plenty of power. Much better brand. Less money. Seems like a no brainer to me.

Buy a honda, yamaha, or vespa....otherwise don't bother. I've had 2 Yamaha Zuma's and loved them both. Honda Grom is also a fun option.

The Forza looks like a great scooter. If you want an Italian scooter with some more punch for about that price, check out the Piaggio BV 350. Piaggio/Vespa are basically the same company, so they're about the same quality.
