My wife bought me a new one for Christmas this year. Bed Bath and Beyond doesn't carry them in stock up here, but they ordered her one.

I have a friend that has one and likes.
I looked at it out of curiosity. Seems to be a bag filled with chopped foam. The foam seemed to chopped in about 1.5" cubes (or sort) if I remember correctly.
Based on others comments, I'd guess the more they stuff into the bag, the "firmer" it is.
Makes sense, and could be great, but just didn't impress me, but I didn't try to sleep on it either.

I give those guys all the credit in the world. They donated 20,000 My Pillows to the Rockport, Tx area after Harvey. I picked up a couple while helping friends and they are pretty good.

The wife and I just don't care for it. We followed the directions and put it in the dryer, but like another poster said it's just kinda lumpy. Keep searching.

I bought one a few weeks ago. Not sure whey as I didn't need a new pillow. I was curious. I sleep on lots of pillows at one time.
I don't like My Pillow. It's lumpy as others have said. It's a bunch of chopped up foam stuffed into the pillow. Woke up in the middle of the night with my neck bothering me the first night. I'm just using it behind my good pillows now to prop up when I want.
Waste of money, but my Mom likes hers okay.
