a bat came in through the window of my dorm once in college
poor little guy was freaking the frick out and flying in circles around my room. I caught him in a towel and took him outside to fly away.

I have a colony of those little green lizards in my azalea bush. They move inside when it turns cold. They hide most of the time, but on sunny days they'll hang out on the windowsill.

Woke up one night and a bat was flying around the ceiling light. Thought I was dreaming. Got up turned the light on, grabbed a towel. Caught it, walked to the back door and let it go. Still not sure if it was a dream or it really happened.

In college we kept a couch in the garage next to the kegerator, air hockey table, ping pong table, etc.
This couch saw many random hook ups and drunk friends crashing on it.
When we moved out we gave the couch to a friend, he put it in his living room, and BOOM a 6 foot snake rolled out.
No one knows how long that snake was in the couch or how many naked skanks it saw.

We had a garbage bag by the door because the next day was garbage pickup and went to bed. not sure if the wife didn't shut the door well enough or not but at about 3:15 we woke up to the sound of a bear pulling the garbage out of the door. Not sure how it got the door opened, wife probably didn't shut it well enough
It's not a very unusual experience here, a guy downtown had one fall through his skylight at his daughters birthday party last spring.

We built our house on 25 acres of woods near a river and a lake. A month or two after moving in wife left back door open for dog, forgot to close came to bed. About 2 am she wakes me freaking out. Back lighted climbing on the blinds is what looks like giant rat . I get the lights on and see a baby possum hanging upside down smiling at us. I admit it freaked me out as well with the outline backlit by moonbeam it was scary as shite.
