My sister had a package that was supposed to come to where she lives outside of Birmingham.
It went to Maryland.
Amazon Prime is still amazing, though.

Worst decision Amazon ever made was to get in bed with the Post Office
UPS is a good bit slower.
That's really the problem. Unless Amazon starts doing its own logistics, they're only as good as the carriers. The best carrier (OnTrac) is available only in the West.
