I have a lady who sells direct. Got my wife's engagement ring from her and it appraised for more than twice what I paid for it. She has the same mark up dollar wise in everything she sells so the more you buy the better deal you get.

Dude, just buy a nice ring and band setup and put some Cz's in there.
BTW, I saw Stuller settings in Lafayette (on of the largest distributor s in the US) now has a line of lab hardened stones..basically CZs and basically there is no difference. Pros can distinguish.
