Anyone have an Echo Show?

Considering getting the 8 inch show for my office So I can check on the dog and deliveries via Ring app. Also I can use the Hulu app to watch CNBC/local news. How do you like it?

It turns my lamps on and off by voice....that’s about all I got.

I'm used to the idea of Amazon employees listing to me, but I'm not ready for them to watch me just yet.

We have the 5" one. It's nice, use it with Ring and for an alarm clock, lol.

I have two echo shows, three echo dots, and two Alexas. That’s at home. And I have one echo show at work.
Swear to god. We love them. Listen to a ton of music and podcasts, get reminders, look up photos, set alarms, check the weather, check spellings of words, get facts, Ofer pizza, turn lights on and off. Use it as an intercom system.

I have the 5 and 8, they are both pretty cool. When they are on sale, the 5 is like $50. Get it, if u don’t like it, who cares.
