Anyone had their crawl space encapsulated?

I have issues with groundwater coming in after heavy rains. Luckily no mold issues.

Just pump some sand and fill the low spots.

Do you have gutters on your house? Is the yard graded away from the house?

I have gutters and a French drain. The problem is I live in a low spot and it’s the level of the groundwater coming up which makes the drain useless. I have good ventilation and that’s why I don’t have any mold.
I think it may be an issue when I go to sell the house in a few years. The last owners didn’t tell me the extent that the water accumulates.

Get sand in there and turtle back the area. Its a lot of work though
