Saw it as well… this is what i recall too. But yeah odd there was no call to action or brand/cause.
They were also out flying over campus last Saturday and I think the Saturday before during tailgating time. I also thought it was odd that there was nothing to do once you read the sign- no website, no organization mentioned, etc.
