I’ve had many, but tried to keep them healthy. Hunting and Fishing have been my addictive hobbies. Never smoked, never even tasted alcohol. If I could kick overeating and esp sugar, I might be alright

I vape and I’m probably not stopping any time soon. I guess the right girl could get me to stop but I usually stop talking to them before they get to the bitching stage. And I’m a secret valet, don’t blow huge smoke rings every where I go. But I still vape and still enjoy it.

Addiction is actually a physical thing. One might have a mental obsession that they can do it safely, but that is something different

Interesting question. I think everyone has some type of chemical/brain switch that makes a person easily addicted to something. With some it is power, drugs/alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, porn, religion, fame, etc.. The trick is not to let these addictions take over your life. I love women and coffee but I don't let those things rule my life.
