As I understand, there are different types of moon rocks. Some are just CDB. These don't get you high, but can alleviate some ailments - pain, anxiety, etc.
Some are infused with Delta 8 distillate. These can get you high like other D8 products.
Some are infused with THC/D9 distillates. These are just like marijuana, obviously.
I could be wrong on some of that, but that's how it was explained to me.
