Anyone Ever Use packupgo.com?

I know, travel board, but can get more answers here.
Anyone ever use the website packupgo? You give them a date and budget and take a survey of what you want to do, and they plan your whole trip for you, from travel arraignments to hotel reservations. You don't know where you are going until you show up (they tell you bring hiking boots, a bathing suit, etc.).
Seems like a cool concept, anyone have experience with them?

I tried it once and ended up in Aleppo. I guess when your budget is fifty bucks you get what you paid for. I should have been suspicious when they told me to bring my own AK-47 and ammunition.
