Showed up to a gym in Pensacola and ran into a guy that used to talk shite to/about me in middle school. It was not my gym so I rolled with newer people and he did not notice me. When we did roll together, I could tell he was brand new to BJJ. I proceed to shite on his life for a good 15 minutes. After the class, I told him who I was and he acted all normal and shite.

I go back to the same gym for a week steaight (was in town visiting). He showed up the second to last day before I was leaving and we start to shoot the shite. He begins to tell me about everything that happened to him since I had moved and apologized for everything. At the end of it all, I felt like a huge tool. He did deserve that revenge, though.

Knowing the majority of you right here are still guilty of being douchebags to people yet think it is ok because you deliver it from a keyboard instead of your mouth.

Most of us share that sentiment. What's hard to do however, is try and think about who may feel that way about US.

In HS one Friday night, I poured a Pepsi on a girl's head in front of a lot of people b/c she was rumored to have been gossiping about some girl friends of mine. I forgot about it shortly after.
20 years later, she found me on Facebook and reminded me of it. I remembered it well. And my 35yr-old self was able to empathize and suddenly felt downright shitty for it. I apologized a whole lot.... then tried to retrosex her up.

We may not realize how something trivial to us may have adversely affected someone else in a major way.

Still waiting for all the kids who ate cheesy nachos off this one dude's head and shirt to fess up and apologize after some kid sitting above him in the bleachers spilled a container full on him at the Belaire-Central basketball game.

just fussed at them both pretty good.
Then privately to us, he praised my son's response as it worked out perfectly.

exactly how principals should handle those things. recognize that something needed to be done and let it be handled. also lets them know that there are consequences for their actions, but also not in front of the kid(hero) let the parents know he did the right thing. if she tells the kid that he probably walks around like he can do anything
