Still don't know what the problem was. The package looked like it had a place for a signature, but that doesn't explain why it was called "undeliverable address".
most likely it was a temp driver...filling in on an unfamiliar route.

I order from Amazon a lot and I have packages going in and out of here for work all the time. UPS and FedEx are very similar IMO....but FedEx is superior for overnight shipping. They only take the package to their center if signature is required and I'm not home.
The FedEx Ground/Express lady in my neighborhood is awesome. I actually caught her trying to move an empty garbage can out of the driveway once. She has made good friends with our black lab.
I don't think I've seen the UPS person, but when I use them I usually get reliable service.
Honestly haven't had much trouble with any of them lately.

I live near LSU and fight with FedEx and UPS all the time.
If I'm not home, they won't deliver a package because they feel it's not safe for the package to sit there. I'm sure glad my curtain rod was so protected. (Insert sarcasm here.)
Yet they'll leave LSU season football tickets on people's porches all over Louisiana and beyond.

What does this have to do with FedEx? The shipper put their name on the side of it.
Well the main thing was the very expensive unattended firearm they left on my front porch with no one at home when it was very clearly sent with signature required for obvious reasons. Luckily it was there when I got home and you can't send and receive firearms this way anymore.

FedEx Overnight service is legit. It seems as of late that they prioritize their overnight/expedited services. I've had problems with no knock deliveries only with FedEx. Its happened several times on items where signatures were not required. FedEx smart post is the worst fricking service on the planet. Only things I'v ever had show up late from Amazon were sent Smartpost.
I used to deal with UPS a ton back at my college job, and always had great results with them. Customer Service is great, friendly drivers.

Yep! Said that he had knocked on my door (lie) and that I wasn't home because I didn't answer it.
The lazy POS knocked on my gate to my yard because that's where the "I tried to attempt to deliver your package" poste it was.
BTW does no good to call the main number and complain. They don't give a shite.
