This thread reminded me of the weirdest dude ever. I lived in some apartments right close to campus my soph year. Well one night I was taking the trash out and was walking along the side walk and I see a window with the blinds half way up. As I walk by all I can see is some dude stroking his meat. My first reaction was wtf, thinking he didn't realize his window was open. Well fast forward a couple days later, same thing taking the trash out. I notice again the window was open and I walk by again this fricker is beating his meat. After that I was like okay wtf is up with this dude. So from here on out I notice his window was always closed unless he was beating it. I'm sure someone had to have reported that sick frick. I even slammed the trashcan against his wall the 2nd time I saw him. After that I never went by there again. Just assumed window up the dude is striking it.
