Bought three vehicles so far, they have better selection and lower mileage on their vehicles than anything I found at regular dealerships. Their pricing was comparable, also gave me a $1000 more for my trade than I thought it was worth. Completed purchases in 45 minutes, and their service department is excellent. Will never again waste my time playing games with a regular dealer of a couple of hundred bucks.

Doug Demuro ( a youtube star) did a series of videos where he bought a Range Rover (obviously unreliable) from them and paid for the extra warranty. Punchline is that he says the warranties seem to have gone up after his videos.

My wife bought her vehicle from CarMax in 2014 and I bought mine in 2018. Both were easy and fast and the service was great. We did end up paying a few hundred more per vehicle than we would have at a dealership with some haggling but not having to go to a traditional dealership and all the time saved was worth the few hundred bucks per vehicle.
