Overall I'd say these companies are good for the market. They offer the consumer the ability to easily purchase a car at a fair price and have options should something not be right. It may not be the absolute best price, but the internet would reveal if prices were too high. I actually saw a nice f150 lariat at an amazing price at Carmax. Went out of curiosity, but it had been smoked in. The place was crowded but people looked happy. They help put customers in cars who might either get taken advantage of in the process or would rather a simple experience.

I had a neighbor who got one, and had to return it due to an issue with title. Dont remember the actual issue, but know he didnt go thru them for his replacement.

I used them to get a 2012 e350 15 passenger van. The price was probably at the top range but it only has 17k miles and was super clean on the inside. I took delivery of it and took it to my ford dealer and got a ford ESP on it for 75k miles. Car fax was clean and I called the dealer that did the maintenance work on it to confirm. No idea if it had been wrecked before that was a worry of mine. But ford inspected before issuing a ESP so I feel I’m good. Couldn’t find another single non fleet owner of a van like that with less than 50k miles.
It was delivered via a truck to my office and it got some damage the antenna area on the fender got bent. Caravan is paying a body shop to fix it and gave me some $ on some other paint scratch issues unelected not to have fixed.
So yes I like the experience.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. They drop it off at your house for 7 days to let you get a feel for it, then you decide if you want to return it or roll with it. They handle all the financing which was very competitive. They Even did the work to get my plates to me within a week.
Other than home delivery, how is it any different than Carmax?

Can’t really say it is a place for healthy debate.
Maybe try to articulate your point a little better? You just have to gloss over the obvious trolls
