Could also be your pipes aren't frozen, but that everyone is drawing water right now.

Drip your pipes and put old Christmas lights(can't be led) on your plants then cover.

You won't have a issue.

Most people run just an outside faucet. You'll get better results running your bathroom hot water faucet on it's lowest setting at the sink furthers from the water line.

This keeps all your water flowing.

All pipes are in the slab or walls and all outside spigots wrapped.
I think it was everyone running water.
It's still acting wierd.
Never before had any problems.

Ok. I’ll be serious. Here’s how I know you live in the south. The water in the pipe doesn’t stay hot for ever. It cools over time and yes it will freeze. The water in the hot water heater is hot. Beyond that it can and will freeze because it doesn’t hold temperature.
