IMO pretty unorthodox request. I am not surprised they ignored it. If that was a big deal to you you should have just got your own guys.

Yeah. I wasn't clear. The store requested the 4 man crew when I told them it was going up a floor.

I had them install a microwave hood combo. The guy was an idiot had to borrow my tools and I ended up installing the thing myself.

They said if my story was true which BB admitted to then it is theft. I assure you this was embarrassing but happened.
