Anyone else get very old Red light camera collections in the mail? NOLA

Got two letters that are dated 2010 to pay old red light camera fines. One time, it was 1am on St. Charles and I came to an almost complete stop, like very debatable and they sent me a ticket. I said frick that shite and did not pay it.
So, I guess NOLA has budget issues and throwing shite at the wall to see what sticks.
The car that got the ticket is long gone BTW, so is the plate.

Throw that shite in the trash. Pay them if it's Gretna or Westwego (frick those places).

There is a city ordinance that states they have to be sent out within so many days. I think it’s 90 or 120. Look it up. They can’t collect on shite from 9 years ago.
