I dont think that is legal. Florida requires you live here a certain number of as per year in order to qualify as a resident.

If you didn’t withhold extra on federal, good luck to you as well. They changed tax law, where most people were only taking out 8% instead of 10%. Joe is trying to make it seem like your take home pay is much more… then boom, Uncle Sam screws you during tax time
