If I'm in the mood, I keep them on the phone as long as possible. I figure if they're talking to me they aren't ripping some old lady off. When they figure out you're just messing with them, they have some pretty foul mouths.

That’s what I eventually started doing too. I even have a couple of charter voices and accents that I’ve developed. Hell, I almost look forward to my daily calls now.
