Thinking of doing this and am wondering how you go about it...not really a breakfast eater...but not sure if its feasible to use this to replace dinner...so maybe just lunch? How do you do it?

I'll make one for breakfast if I don't feel like eating anything

Advocare shakes are awesome. Then I have a protein bar or something similar usually around 10.

Yup. I like the Lee Labrada ones. They tend to last much longer than the others such as Syntha 6. I use lowfat milk.

I wouldn't say Advocare shakes are awesome, but they're good. I've had better. I dig the Advocare products in general though

Lost 15 lbs in 2 months without any more exercise than I have done for years (volleyball twice a week) and I feel so much better consistently.

I'm busting your balls but they're many cheaper products with better ingredients. Try optimum nutrition protein and add some good branch chain amino acids (bcaa) with a ratio of 2:1:1.

Nothing per se wrong with advocare but they are just expensive with better alternatives.

Whatever works for you is great. I get a 40% discount and think the whole line of products is the best on the market.

Sounds like you sell their products. Congrats on getting suckered into a MLM scheme. Even with a 40% discount, there are better products with better value. Enjoy over-paying

As long as you're sitting on top that pyramid keep that hustle on bro. Just between us you don't have to feed me the line of being the best product line on the market.

Wife makes them for us every weekday morning. We alternate between a fruit/spinach based one and a peanut butter one. We us PB2 powder instead of peanut butter for same taste and reduced calories. Both shakes contain a banana, protein powder, chia seeds, and Greek yogurt.
