I just bought a Kitchenaid and like it so far. I was going for a Bosch, but I couldn't get past the fact they don't have a drying cycle. I recommend going to Stantons and checking all the brands out, they're very knowledgeable.

Yes, just recently remarried. Cleans better than the previous one, but noticeably louder.

500-1000 is spending budget but want a reliable and efficient kind
Fisher Paykel double drawer. Extremely quiet. Dual motors, so if one goes out, the other still works.
About $1300.00

I have replaced many many dishwashers. Never replaced a Bosch that wasn't still working

Bosch is the best option. All dishwashers have issues with drying since the energy Nazis took out the heating elements.

Just bought a GE last week...it is awesome...paid about $750 with delivery and disposal of old one.
The one we bought has delay timer, steam dry and adjustable shelves. It is only 46 dba's...real quiet. You don't want anything over 50 dba's...

Installed a GE Profile last year and could not be happier with it.

Samsung has Auto release. The door opens at the end of the cycle just a few inches to help with the drying.

I need a new one also. Heating element went out on my Whirlpool which is probably over 20 years old. Appliance guy says he can't find the part anywhere.

Get a Speed Queen washer and run it on gentle.

Just bought a Kitchen Aid at Lowes. They had a great sale going on. Got the stainless steel inside. Was just delivered today.
