Personally, I throw them in the fryer with bacon grease. It feels like an authentic breakfast experience.

I don't eat Pop tarts anymore, but I used to crumble the cinnamon ones over a scoop of vanilla ice cream. That's a damned good combination, if you haven't tried it.

TBH not a bad idea for a skillet fry, but it definitely doesn't work for a deep fryer.
