I have a shop in Odessa I visit every couple of weeks. I won’t stay in Odessa and just commute from Midland. Odessa is however like the Upper East Side of Manhattan compared to Jal, NM.

My dad is from Midland so I grew up visiting my grandparents there multiple times a year, truly not shite out there.Taco villa is fire but that's all I got 
My pops was the starting QB for midland lee when they beat permian in the Friday Night Lights season though so that's been a pretty solid ice breaker for me as far as networking goes

I worked in Odessa for a little over a week back in 2004. The hotel I stayed in was on the beach near the Black Sea.
