You're going to have to fill out a CTR form with all your personal info if the amount is over 10k in cash anyway. You'd have a much better chance at depositing your cash as is by taking it to a small local bank and opening an account with it there. Chase has more to lose than gain by accepting your cash. A small bank may see it differently, and be more willing to help.
