Told him it was his fault for teaching me to back the trailer turned around instead of using mirrors. He was not happy

Me and my buds used to grab a 12 pack and inconspicuously sis at the boat ramp watching folks load their boats late in the day. More divorces start at the boat ramp than anywhere else!

If my dad were alive, he would have thousands of hours (if he owned and worked one) of the idiots at Bonnabel Boat launch. His masterpiece was some clown with a new Ford pickup, new boat and trailer that almost sunk backing it in. One of those meatball Neo Beach, Augie lakefront chodes who couldn't tie shoes, muchless launch a boat.

I watched a guy install a stainless prop on his 225 outboard and back it down the ramp. His engine over revved a few times and he pulled back up with no prop on the motor. He looked at it, saw it was missing and just peeled out of there pissed off.
A few days later I was launching my boat and could clearly see the silver of the prop on the bottom. I dove down there and got it and it sold for 700 bucks on ebay. That wasn't a small sum of money 20 years ago. I still can't believe that guy didn't get in the water to retrieve it.
