Any Recommended Party Rental Locations in BR

This is for a 40th birthday party. Ultimately looking to have 75-100 people, in a relaxed, party-type environment where you really don’t have to leave. Cash-bar option is preferred with the ability to bring in her own food. And somewhere that they won’t be forced to leave if they aren’t ready.
Any recommendations from the party people on this board?

Tin Roof does this sort of thing regularly.
Drawbacks: no other alcohol, and they usually close at 10.

Take them out Tuesday evening after the AS verdict is read, should be a party they will never forget.

About 90 minutes south there is an entire city made for partying.
